Company Warehouse abides by the Australian Privacy Principles
established under the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act



We will only collect the following information to adequately
register the company you have requested:


  • company
  • each
    director’s full name, date of birth, home address and place of birth
  • each
    shareholder’s full name and home address


We will assume that the personal information that you provide to
us is accurate, complete and up to date.


Use of the information


The information collected by us will be only used for
registering your company.


Disclosure to third parties


Your personal
information will be disclosed to ASIC to enable us to register your company. Otherwise
your information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless it is required
by law.

Credit card details

The credit card details used to pay the company registration fees
will not be sorted in our payment system and the card card payments are
processed securely.


Storage and Security


Your personal information is generally held in your client file.
Information may also be held in a computer database. Our security
measures include:


  • All
    computer-based information is protected through the use of access
    passwords on each computer;
  • Data
    is backed up daily and stored offsite;
  • All
    staff members are bound by Workplace Environment Policies – Privacy &
  • Firewalls
    to prevent the hacking of our database
  • Clauses
    in employment contracts requiring confidentiality.


If you wish to complain about any breach or potential breach of
this privacy policy or the Australian Privacy Principles, you should contact
us and request that your complaint be directed to the Privacy Officer.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 7 days and we would aim to
provide a decision about your complaint within 30 days. If your complaint

dissatisfied with the response from our complaints officer you can make a
complaint to the External Dispute Resolution Scheme, the Credit Ombudsman

complaint to your satisfaction; however, if you are unhappy with our response, you are entitled to contact the Office
of the Privacy Commissioner who may investigate your complaint further.
