Payment & Refund Policy

The payment is an once-off payment only. After making the payment, you will receive an email with an attached invoice to confirm the payment has been made. The payment needs to be paid immediately after submitting your company registration form and before ASIC issues the ACN Certificate.

After you make the payment, the company registration will be completed in less than 5 minutes if your company is not manually reviewed by ASIC.  In case of ASIC’s manual review, it will take about 1-2 hours to completed the company registration process.

If you want to cancel the order, you only can do before ASIC finishes processing your company registration. After the company registration finished, the order can not be cancelled. When you want to cancel the order, you should call us immediately on 03 9557 3138.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us to explain the issues and outcome you want and we will try to fix them immediately for you.

We abide by Australian Consumer Law and you can seek compensation and loosed you suffered due to a problem with our services.

If you make a compliant to us and are not happy with our responses, you can contact Australian Competition & Consumer Commission to seek their help.
